What is kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a profession designed to optimize the muscular functions of an individual, or even increase the physical capabilities of the same person. Taking into account the strengths and weaknesses of each person, we schedule indoor exercises. For each person, we develop a specific training plan, so that they are able to exceed their own physical limit. In collaboration with other health professionals, kinesiologists are able to adjust the strategy of the training plan. How many sessions will it take to get results?

The question is not easy to answer. It must be understood that the more time is spent with a kinesiology professional, the more the results will be visible. However, a good physical training strategy to avoid the majority of injuries will give you the results you expect.

How long is a kinesiology session?

The duration may vary depending on the intensity of the training program. Extreme workouts can last approximately 45 to 50 minutes. Classical indoor training can take 60 minutes to 75 minutes. Depending on some needs, such as intensive weight loss programs, the workout time can be up to 90 minutes.
